Happy National Grammar Day, book friends! Below is a fun article on the "history" of grammar. Everyone has their grammar pet peeves. "Its" vs. "It's." "You're" vs. "Your." When to use a hyphen. Or, if you're an over-hyphenator like me, you use them WAY TOO MUCH. Bottom line, the ability of the reader to understand what you're writing drives most grammatical decisions.
